Did FLM last year and followed the sub 4 training plan almost to the letter (except missing out all the saturday short runs...found rest was more benefitial!). Hubbie Vin was injured for a month, but otherwise followed sub 4 plan as well. We ran together and finished in 4h 08 mins, so not too bad considering hubbies month off.
Wondering what plan to follow this year, thinking of maybe doing the sub 3.45 plan to try and nail that sub 4. However have heard of other plans e.g. Hal Higdon etc and was wondering what experiences others have had, especially if you have tried out several plans...
I have found I really cant cope with more than 4 runs a week (too tired) so would be looking to stick to that.
