Training or Resting after the weekend?
Well after yesterday's run at Bramley, it was rest, rest, rest. Legs feel surprisingly good. (Dustin) I too got drafted at mile 10, but recovered the situation at mile 11.
Tomorrow, i'm up for a double session, so i thought that the rest was essential.
Good night all
feeling lousy, dizzy and weak from the tail end of this 24 hour bug. hope it's gone soon. tight chest and weak legs resultes in abisimal times. coach thought i'd overtrained, but i hvaen't run since sat morn.!
night, bed time now!
