FLM2007 will be my first ever marathon. I am running about 15 - 20 miles a week at the moment, as work does not permit any more time. Can I be ready in time ? some trainging plans say I need to do 40 miles per week ? I just want to be able to get round on the day.

I did Shades marathon plan. The max miles per week are 30, with one LSR and one 5 mile easy run and one 5 mile tempo run. You will find her on the under training thread.
