Dale - I'm suprised we did see ARC out running last night, we did 5 miles of the Aldridge 10K route - past the beacon and up erdington road. Hilly enough for my wife!
My hip ache is from running with a ""clench"" on sunday - good for dropped Soap collection in prison not good for XC running!!
Mike - No runs around the beacon last night. Although some of us did Erdington road, from Knights Hill back to the club to finish off a nice little 6 miler.
HTA - just coming back to previous Q about Milford 21 - Entry form says if you send an SAE, an acknowledgement will be sent 2 weeks before event and that numbers are issued on race day to keep tabs on who's turned up to run.
For a first timer I throught the run was challenging, but fulfilling & enjoyable throughout, atmosphere overall was good & cannot wait until next year for that utmost challeng.

Bet we would keep up if YOU wear bikini's.
But would anyone speak if me and Hot Tub ran in pink B's...?
Thats it - my knees have gone after this mornings 8 miles - can hardly walk - no training for me for a while :-(
My knee went at 6 mile though - had to limp round the last 2 :-(

5 miles by my brothers GPS
When the lighter nights are here we'll use the full Aldridge 10K route - when we started all this we used the hobs hole lane hills all the time.
Must learn to slow down. lol
