Hello all, I'm new to the Forum but thoughit would be the prefect place to get advice. As part of a job interview, I have to do "The Bleep Test" or Multi Stage Fitness Test. Most of you wil have heard of this painful test and almost all who have done on in the past will fear them.
I've been running on roads and on the bridleways around my house now for around 4 weeks. I'm looking for any advice as to what I should be doing other than just running 5K after 5K after 5K. Should I be in the gym? Should I be eating cake and drinking bitter?
