sub 4:30 marathone training

hi up to week 7 of the online sub 4:30 marathon training prog. but i was just woundering most of the distances have a time or distance to aim for, but on the speed sessions it just say's jog 1 mile with no sugested time. silly question what speed should i realy aim to do the mile in?
