    yeah, also practise a few times so you get into a routine. i tend to , as Mr W says, pull down neck as coming into swim exit to get water in. then undo back and strip off top half while running to T1. i often end up sitting down to get the legs off, otherwise i fall over but i'm a bit of a malco, so you might not need to. !make sure you don't put your timing chip on over the wetsuit!!
