told 4 weeks full football action i believe.

rested 2 weeks on some painkiller/muscle fixing pills!
now started to "gently" ease into it again, but it's tricky not pushing it along.

done 2 4milers and aching a bit.

luckily it's snowing hugley here in wycombe so there's no chance of a run for 2 days anyway. Going to try and rest for 4 days and then see where i am!

bit of a rant,but i';m sat at work, only one in the team in as i live within walking distance!
anyone else share their experience of gracillis (muscle between knee and groin)
