Well I am so relieved to read all this, I did my first 10 mile race a few weeks ago and spent the next few days stuffing my face with all the carbs I could grab - including weetabix in the middle of the night. I was totally out of control. It's worn off now, but I put on several pounds and haven't been running since.....
Are there any nutritional experts out there who can explain/reassure us?
Amino acids is a great natural source of healthy skin and body, i agree with you that "Avoid vegetable spreads that contain partially hydrogenated vegetable oil though" there are some fruits for skin that keep you fresh and healthy.
