first split was not quite halfway
Ive got 2 club mates hoping to qualify today, in different age group to Nick so no divided support. Allez Allez.

he's not far behind the guy in 2nd, but the guy in 4th is also close
and I've gota go out
M40-44 provisionally have 7 slots, Roseys run splits looking solid

Through halfway (the tracker has finally acknowledged)- 4 mins down on P2 in AG, but with a c. 4 min buffer on P4. Keep on truckin'.
He's got a bit of a mincing calf going on at the moment so hopefully it will behave long enough

Tracker has finally woken up- finished in third 10:13:41 and a 3:31 marathon. Good work Mr Admiral, sir.
