Hi
Can anyone advise me on the course profile for this run?
I am trying to get back into running after a fairly lengthy lay off as a result of a virol infection.
Looking for a 10 miler but still lacking confidence to tackle big hills.
Would appreciate any advice from previous runners..

I ran it a few years back and as far as I can recall it wasn't particularly hilly. It is a bit open in places though so if the wind is against you that can make it a bit tough.
