pins and needles/numb foot

my left foot gets pins and needles/numb about half way three quarters way through every run. i am currently doing 3 runs/12 miles a week. it is nothing but a bit irritating but i'm just not wanting it to be something to worry about. i am very very left handed as well.

Left foot slightly bigger than right one, meaning shoe's a bit small? Left shoe laced up more tightly? Unusual gait/landing oddly on left foot? Could be a few different things. I don't think your left hand is anything to do with it though...
