Love running, HATE what its doing to my bum.. :(

Since i've started running my bums getting smaller and smaller and flatter and flatter, so much so im actually contemplating giving up running. I don't know what to do ive read online that its ment to make it bigger and more shapely but for me its making it like a pancake ! I do weighted squats and deadlifts and all that but its not helping.. image

Why is it making it so flat and shapeless..?! image
