What is the best distance and heart rate monitor watch on the market?

I am looking for a good watch that will accuratley measure distance and heart rate, I would also be interested in something that could accuratley measure speed etc for sprint training.

'Best' depends on your particular requirements. Most of the Garmin range will do the basic things you want, or Nike also do a GPS watch.
My Garmin 405 does way more things than I ever need it to do, and has been faultless over the last 18 months or so, so is reliable. It'll certainly cope with distance, heart rate and instantaneous speed.
