i'm hoping to get back into running after being off for over a year through illness,during this time i have gained loads of weight and need to ask which type of trainer would be best for me.apparently i underpronate and will be doing most of my running on roads with some light off roading i'm am definately on the heavy side.any info would be gratefully received.thank you.

I underpronate too. Brooks Glycerine are a good neutral shoe with excellent cushioning and shock absorption. Thats what 'Up and Running' recommended for me. They aren't light though, I wouldn't choose to race in them......but for training, distance work etc you'd probably be very pleased with them!!
