Okay so I did a race at weekend over 13.5 miles. I've downloaded to my computer and I can look at some pretty graphs. I can see my pace and my speed plotted against distance or against time. But surely there must be a way for me to see the distance run against the time. GRRRRRR - SO FRUSTRATED! I want my mile splits coz some parts of race were loads faster than other parts.
Can anyone out there help?? Please coz it is driving me mad!!

What software are you viewing them in? Have you got AutoLap enabled on the device?
How do I tell?
I'm viewing it in the Garmin Training Centre. Hopefully your question suggests I am just being really thick!

Both manuals for you to read....
Training Peaks does it at the click of a button
"RTFM" is usually the most appropriate answer.
Thanks for all your kind support - anyway as far as I can see you can't do it retrospectively but I now know how to set it and have done it so for future I will at least know.
do you use fetch? I think you might be able to do it on there....you import the data from your garmin then click on analyse

Hi Skinny Fetish,
All may not be lost, Why don't you go into Google Maps and look at your splits there. If you click the individual markers it tells you time elapsed and distance. You just need to find the individual markers for each mile and subtract the previous mile's times...........its not too hard.
