Track Racing?

Ive been doing 5k up to half marathons on road for a few year now and wanted to try some track races, 1500 meters race i really would like to try, my club is a road running club affiliated to welsh athletics, but my club does not compete in any track leugues or races as a team. What races would i be allowed to enter or any suggestions? im 23 years old.
