About 3 months ago I was diagnosed with patella tendonitis & had some physio & exercises to do. I also laid off the running for a month.
I'm back to running now & training for a 1/2 m in 6 weeks. I find when starting a run the knee is a little sore for the 1st mile or so & is then fine. No pain afterwards but the next day a little sore. I do plenty of stretches pre & post run & on rest days & the soreness is only minimal & gets no worse whatever terrain or type of run I do ie speed reps or l.s.r. Just wondered if this is anything to worry about
