Shoe Sizing

Hi, I'm interested in buying the Mizuno Universe 4's, but as with any shoe your local shops don't stock, it's totally frustrating trying to find the correct info for sizes on the internet.

Why doesn't someone, somewhere, produce a good general guide to manufacturers shoe sizing. So you can compare manufactures sizes?

I've been running trails, dirty tracks in NB 110's (good shoe), but lately I've started 'Parkrun' and don't want to wear out the shoes on tarmac etc., hence the shoe search for the Mizuno's.

So after my frustrated moaning . Could anybody give me a idea of the Mizuno sizes. I'm size 9 in walking shoes, a 10 in the NB 110's (ever so slightly tight).
