As my running is going well this year and have not been injured for most of it i want to find out which half marathons and 10ks in the South of England or London and good for getting a PB.
the south coast seems to be a goldmine of pb courses...
Victory 5miles (yesterday), Gosport (as per Phil), Eastleigh 10k (March), Stubbington Green 10k (early year), Chichester 10k (Feb), Great South Run 10miler (Sep?) for starters!
Brighton 10k on November 18th is good for you - dead flat along Madeira Drive, along the seafront & back again. If there's a light breeze or better still none at all, I can't imagine a faster course!

7th Oct - Southend
9th Dec - Andy Reading 10k, Bicester
HM:
14th Oct - Great Eastern Run, Peterborough
18th Nov - Gosport

Silverstone is fast.
Anything flat with no sharp corners.

Bushy Park 10K 4th november
Thanks everyone for your comments.
I reckon the Bushy Park 10k, Brighton 10k or the Gosport HM look ideal.
