Why: Ran it today rather than tomorrow, So I dion't have stiff calves for Friday mornings (5am start) drive up to Ullapool.

LMH: Good running. It is great when that happens.

    Blisters: Hope your IT department are good

    Tom: The light brightens, good to see you on the way back

    LMH: Runs like that are wonderful, I've had a few of my own lately as I get fitter and the weight drops off.

    AleH: I would be enormous if I didn't exercise.

    AF: Swimming will happen, it just does. I  will never be a good swimmer but I can come out of the water mid pack now. If I can get there from my near drowning experiences so can you. 

    What: Cycled 25 miles pre dawn as fast as I could, Intervals 5 x 5mins off 2 min recoveries tonight.
    Why: 10K specific training, the cycle was for fun!

    Rest today, hilly 10M with club last night. The run was called 'three hills'. They weren't joking.

    Blimey it's cold this morning! Having to de-ice the car is never fun before morning commute.

    Didn't end up doing a run yesterday evening. Gave me groin a bit more of a rest and the fact I have a race just around the corner means I gave in to advice on not pushing it!

    Back to it today though...

    Blisters.. if you haven't already fixed it...  start up in safe mode, then do a system restore to a point before the virus took hold.  On my PC safe mode is enabled by pressing 'F8' as the PC is whirring into life.  Good luck with it.
