Running nose no bounds

  As long as there's no fever or symptoms below the neck it's generally fine to run. I actually find it helps clear the sinuses.

  When you run...if you do have to blow like a whale out of your nostrils check who's behind you......that really is far below disrespecful when that happens in races!!
