I'd say anything under an hour total would be good, as you would presumably need to start a new thread on here after every rep to check whether it's a good time or not.....
3rd, Stevie? Where've you been the last few weeks?
The average person expels flatulence 14 times per day. The average tds posts 14 threads per day. Therefore tds is a Bot, and we are all responding to the sour scent of AI brainfarts.
I think the poster deserves a sesnible and considered answer -
A good time for a set of 6 400 metres would be, in my opnion, 50 seconds per 400 metres. a very good time 47 seconds per 400 and an excellant time would be 45 seconds per 400 metres.
Of course, if you are born with no tibias in your lower legs and have to have prosthetic limbs fitted the you can add or subtract 10 seconds per lap to the above,
Of course the faster you run them the quicker you will get home to watch the footy, unless England are playing in which case you may prefer to go out for a very long jog.

td43, are you interested in responses at all? This is the 3rd thread you've posed with similar questions, and haven't come back on the thread after.

Just what the forum needs, another repeated pointless thread starter. i thought those were confined to clubhouse.
I prefer about 9am though I have to wait until 10.

If you plan your session for just after 00:00 Oct 28th you can wind the clock back an hour at 01:00 and you will have had a free training session.
and completed the 400m reps in no time at all.
