Best trainer for a 10k road race

Looking to do a 10k in a few months and need to start shopping for trainers. Need cushioned ones due to my 'flat feet'.... any recommendations please. Within a budget of say £100

There are loads of things to take into consideration, your running style, weight, etc, and you'll get loads of advice on different types of running shoes, but the best thing to do is get along to your local running shop. (not JJB or Sports direct) and get the folk their to check you over. A good shop will at the very least have you running on a treadmill whilst filming your stride and foot strike and then checking to see if you over pronate etc.

Then other you a range of trainers for your style, all within your price range.
