Run to the Beat - Race pack not arrived?

Apologies if there is an official threat for Run to the Beat but I could only find the ones where people are offering places.
I have entered and am looking forward to the race but have not yet received my race pack. I wondered if anyone else has not received theirs either? My partner is running for a charity and has his but I entered under general sale. I really can't face the thought of having to pick it up on race morning considering how many thousands of people will be.
Any responses would be apppreciated.

Still not arrived...so annoyed - looks like I will be going to the O2 on Saturday to collect it.
Me and my friend entered at the same time and neither of our packs have arrived - seems like too much of coicidence if they have both got lost in the post.
