Started this post to see whether anyone can help me (and any other ambitious sub 3.30 marathoners out there) to achieve sub 3:15 within the next year or so. My current PB is 3.24 and half mara 1.34. Is it feasible? How do I do it? Any relevant training plans/schedules plus advice welcome!

Have you seen the sub 3.15 thread ? Plenty of advice on there.
As to getting better - you probably just need to run a few more miles and train smartly.
What training do you do at the moment ?
Seconded: come over the sub 3.15 thread and we will share our collective wisdom. What took me from 3.19 to 3.07 in one fell swoop was Pfitzinger & Douglas's up to 70 miles per week schedule.
Can either of you direct me to the thread? It doesn't come up on a search ... Joolska, I followed Pfitzinger when I wanted to get under 3.30 and it worked so yes, I should take another look at that!

Found it and posted something - thank you!
