I ran a half marathon in October, and had been running about 4 times a week for 3-4 months.
I struggled to lose any weight whatsoever during training, but since stopping (or pausing!) my running schedule I have dropped about 5 kilos.
Has this happened to anyone else, and if so, was there an explanation?

Yes, as I eat less when I'm not running. Lots of people will.
Although I also tend to go out more when I'm not running, so the booze calories put the weight back on.
Thanks Weeble. I've actually been diagnosed with overactive thyroid. Explains the weight loss and the hardship of the training too.
