Hi, sorry if this kind of thing has been covered already. new to the forum and first time posting.
Im hoping someone has some tips on recovery, just started running after sitting on my backside for the past 18 years. smoking, drinking, eating crap etc.
any of you have any post run rituals that enable you to run more often?

Hi ampsher, my ritual is stretch... choc recovery drink ...and put feet up!!
And rest days are equally important as run days.
Stretch, fluids, feet up.......jenf has it spot on
Agree with jenf and just run, make sure you take on fluids after you run and stretch.
