SA i'd be up for the t-shirts and up for paying a tenner.
Soupy as long as it's sunny (wouldn't want folks trashing SA's house if they have to be indoors) I could bring kit with me anyway for the arty stuff. It's a idea if folks want it.
+1 on the tenner, also on cakes idea, sounds great to have a medal made by the little people. Sure an extra £1.00 per person to the entry wouldn't break the bank, it could go towards getting glitter / shiny sticky things and all that arty stuff that the kids love
Badger I used to do simliar sort thing things at festival's/for a couple of charities and will probably be doing the same by the time May comes around just taking time out for family stuff. So will probably have most of the things to hand without having to pay for them. Only thing I might need for the medal's is things like glue which won't cost much and i can probably nick of other event's. If you guys a up for it if you see any ribbon's or shiny things between now and then in your christmas cracker's just stick it to one side. If there is a cost just get us a pint.
Biggest thing is got to make sure that if any little people are about they are supervised and someone is to hand in case sissor's or something are needed.
I'm going to have to pull out cos we're expecting a little RustBaby next year , I'm a walking injury risk at the best of times but just not getting the training in. Poop.
Cake - I will see if I can talk Mr SD into coming up for a spot of child minding. He's great with kids and loves doing activities with them. This will be right up his street.
I can bring my 12 year old who will be vitually 13 by then. She is great with little ones and will help out with cutting and sticking type of stuff. She turns into a right little mother hen - no idea where she gets it from (definitely not me!!)
is this still going to be split over the 2 days - i havent read this thread for ages and theres only one list of people, thats why im asking. id be there for the sunday if its still as last year
Early in the new year we will split the list into Saturday and Sunday and ask people wont size T shirt they want (it will be also available to helpers)

I'm going to make my excuses early for this as I don't think I'll be able to do as it's a bit close to Lanza. Bit gutted tbh!
That t shirt looks ace. I'd pay for that without a minute's thought.

looks like i will be bringing two of my teenage sons...don't expect any help there then
but to be fair to them one does help out in a youth club for 7-11's and the other one coaches hockey to kids from 7 to 15
Congratulations Mr and Mrs Rustman
(I've added my mate to the list in your place, he says he wants to do it)

Yep, still on both days.

Marshalinni's design will also be on the medal
SA - can't speak for others, and I'm happy with £10, but as its a DIY day I'd much prefer a kids DIY medal if we can organise it. Unless we have both?
Or we all get the medal tattooed on by DK!
After speaking to one of the pirates at the Christmas party, we think we have another souvenir to come from the weekend, more details to follow!
Can you add me to the list, please ...? I want to play!
