morning everyone! I surprised myself by sleeping well! prob cos I know there's nothing I can do now..but my stomach is churning now..I 'll pop in as usual lunchtime. hope we can share news...xx
morning everyone, just a quick hello, dog walked extra lights up at salon!! now time to go to work!,yes will be popping back later here we go . . . . . . .
Thanks seren nos and all you other early morning risers. Wide awake again @5:30am this morning, my adrenal glands must be completely SHRIVELLED from all the output they've had to do recently! Clive, do you do adrenal gland replacements? Best of luck too lovelies xox
Sleeping was no problem for me, it's working that's going to be the issue. Having recovered from the disappointmet of Reg's swingometer I now have a day of nervous anticipation to contend with. I have applied a double layer of Right Guard and I've hidden the coffee jar. Just need to drop the LF's at school and I'll be as ready as I can be.
Morning all..........apologies for not posting much........I've just come out of my first meeting and now heading into my second that'll last until lunch. Of all the days to have to do work........
Ady - not good, though at least you have something to distract your attention away from what's going on here.
Ricky - good luck to you too. I don't think we met at BC - that was probably because you were in the formula 1 group where I was with the family saloons (no disrespect to my fellow group members).
Tamsin - same to you. How have you found the last week?
I've got a feeling we won't be finding out till this afternoon at the earliest, I shall be keeping myself distracted by dedicating my day to playing with my little boy, as I have a day off to make the most of
Morning all. Good luck today everyone! I think indy will probably be right. Going to be a very long day on that basis.
After yesterdays minus 6 it was positively tropical out there this morning - minus 3
Anyhow did 6.5 miles with 4 x mile reps at between 6:47 and 6:53. Was intending to run them all inside 7mm with nice control. Quite pleased with this on a difficult loose surface.
I cant wait till afternoon it will break me!! Im already a nervous wreck and cant concentrate on my job!! Got a meeting in a couple mins, my contribution is going to be very limited!!
Take it easy Andrew. Breath in...and out. There's a nice warm padded cell waiting for you when this is all over.
DS2 - rest day today for me, if you can call this rest
I agree - it'll be a bit of a wait today.
I'll be honest with you, behind this calm, composed exterior lies a quivering wreck of a man. I am more worried about bad news than I am excited about good news. I have removed and hidden my belt and shoe laces. Samaritans is on speedial, and I have a box of kleenex within arms reach (no childish quips please - you know I'd never stoop that low).
Ps as of 9.49 this morning they are still deciding and will let us know later today or tomorrow - oh the suspense! Hope you are all ok and hanging in there!

andrew - I find I'm fine in meetings because they distract me from the really important things in life but it's the rest of the time...............
How many people will be constantly checking emails/voicemail/refreshing the forum pages????
Sure this isn't good for you.....
I'm trying to pretend I won't be too disappointed if I lose out................and then reality strikes!!!
Glad to get an early run in to help release a bit of tension but partly wished I'd waited until lunchtime!
How did you find out? Did you email Katie?? The tension
Oh no! Not tomorrow please!!! Does it take that long to put 4 or 5 names in a hat and pull one out?
