I wanted red hair when I was 14 but my mum wouldnt let me, I guess I should really be thanking her now as I dont think I would have ever got my natural colour back!
All I can stay is best of luck to the judges. I think the quality of the pitches are good so it will be a difficult decision.
Today has been a very long day at work and I am still nearly 2 hours from home. Need to catch up on some sleep when the trains comes so it is goodnight from me.
Easy run cut a bit short today as desperate for loo. Weirdly when I passed the library at 6.30am there was someone there putting books on shelves and almost banged on door demanding to use their toilets. But opted instead to dash home early. Meant the last mile of my easy run became a tempo run
I did some cross training today to rest my legs a bit after my speed training yesterday.....long run either tomorrow (depending on when I finish work) or fri morning.....can't think of a better way to spend my birthday!
Completed my 5 miles at 7:56 min/mile. It was tough when the wind and rain were come straight in.
Have been reading some of the other threads. Fascinating the stories of people on 40+ miles per week at the moment and I am doing about 20.
Is anyone wlse using MyAsics as a training plan. If I change it to reduce my marathon time in line with my current goal time due I loose the history ? If I do that is a flaw in the design is it not ?
What is the best sports watch out there. I use a Nike+ GPS watch but lately it has been giving me trouble like losing history and I am not convinced that it tracls actual pace well. Interested in thoughts.
Minni - will defo check out the garmin as this is all that I hear about on these forums.
I was a bit sleepy when I set up the plan back in October as I entered all my previous PB's told it I wanted 3:56:00 and it set it at 4:06:00.
I really want 3:45:00 and do not think this is beyond me based on a solid pre-conditioning phase averaging about 20 miles per week. I have covered 151 miles in 25 runs, have a perfect rating for planned activity and distance and am at 83% of my planned pace average. This tells me that I either need to slow down or review my plan.

Good luck Forum Sixers, I'll also be doing lots of lurking and supporting! Jen have you got a picture of your short pink hair??
Good luck everyone. There is time (not much) for someone to come in with a last pitch as today still has 15mins to run
You have as long as it takes me to sort through all the pitches over the next two nights and then I'll post to say its closed
If I have a busy night you might have an extra 24 hours
