Feeling worn out, tired and black under the eyes

Hey all, Since my Achilles recovered a few months ago (heel drops do work when done properly!!!!....any Q's please ask), my training has been the best ever, working hard twice a week, and been making progress, according to some fantastic advise from here: http://www.runnersworld.co.uk/forum/training/stuck-at-around-39-min-10ks/202759.html Strange thing is, I had the best club Cross Country race I have ever had on Sunday, really pushed it hard and felt great, but since then I'm feeling tired, worn down, very slightly light headed and black under the eyes and I'm not firing on all 4 cylinders at all! I went in to Holland & Barretts and they recommended Vit B12, which I'm now taking. Has anyone else experienced something like this? I have been building up gradually and am 100% injury free, but have been working out for 3 months non-stop..., running, swimming, circuits, weights etc...perhaps I just need a break. Paul
