Anyone know a good free 5k training plan for sub 25min?? more detailed the better! I can't believe how many sites are training to charge for trainin plans!!! rip off!
I found a good mix of short and fast runs with long and slow runs worked great to bring down 5km times. The fast runs increase your thereshold and gets you used to sustaining a higher intensity for longer, while the long runs increase your confidence and aerobic base. Sometimes keeping it simple works really well. Good luck
So no one knows anywhere on the internet where's theres a collection of good free training plans for the 5k? This seems crazy to me seeing how much information is shared about bodybuilding, powerlifting, olympic lifting...

Run as many miles as you can. Some fast some slow.

Why is it a rip off? You want someone to put together a plan, using their knowledge and expertise, why shouldn't they ask for payment?
If it's so easy that they don't deserve payment, do it yourself.

Not a rip off, you're paying for expertise. However, if you read this there's a bloke who gave some free advice.
I don't know if it's applicable because I don't know any of your running history.
