I'm looking to get a foam roller as I've heard they are good for aching muscles. I've been struggling for the past couple of months with a leg injury and hope this will help. There are so many types out there though I was wondering if people had any info on what ones are good.

The grid foam roller is excellent.
I started with a blue one but it compresses after a few months ( I only used it for ITB). I bought a Grid one after that, tougher but much better & long lasting
The grid or trigger point rollers are good. More expensive than the basic blue ones, but they will last longer.
