Hi my knees really hurt when I run/exercise. I am still growing as I am 13. I don't know wheather it's just me growning or there is something wrong !

This could be all sorts of things ... do you belong to an Athletics club where someone can advise you on running form, training and shoes et.c?
Stop!! go doctors, go physio but rest is a deffo...seek professional advice!
