Running Watch (SOS)

I've just started, and use my watch when training for pacing. I run with the beeps, but I have a short stride, and have now worked my way up from 185 strides per minute to the 200 max for 10k.

To improve, my options are to stride longer, and risk my very dodgy hamstring or, go for 205 or even 210 which I now reckon I could do.

The question is, is there a watch out there that will do the job for me, or do they all stop like my Casio at 200 beats?
