Power Naps

Most of my days in work are 12 / 13 hours out of the house so on the train home I sometimes try and have a short sleep in the hope that when I get home I feel refreshed and run. However I find that having a 'power nap' makes me wake feeling groggy and more lethargic - as if I just want to go back to sleep, so I try to avoid now. Do they work for you?
