I'm training for the London marathon at the moment and testing out various nutrition products to help with the training. I'd like to try a post-run protein shake and wondered if you have any recommendations? Has anyone tried this: http://www.onacademy.co.uk/2-1-1-recovery ?

Or just a normal meal.
Saying that I once ran a 10k on a protein shake one hungover Sunday

Mars Refuel, Galaxy, or similar UHT choccy milk, or just milk. Or straight on to real food depending on how it fits in with your meal times.
get yourself a cheap blender, supermarket ice cream and some awesome fruit.
EDIT: think ive gone too far off the original question sorry, still, yum idea though
