Direct replacement for New Balance MR749EST running shoes

Hi I've had these trainers for several years and I still use them for the occasional running race - they are great!! They are so comfortable - but no-one seems to sell them anymore. Can anyone recommend me a pair of shoes that will directly replace these?

FYI: I emailed New Balance and they recommended these:

In the meantime I went to a local shop and bought M670 wide trainers. I've worn them for a 5k, and a 10k and they seem to do the job - although I'm tempted to get these recommended by NB too!
My suggestion was to be to ask NB what the replacement was but you have done that .... not sure what else you are asking?
