Achilles tendon ?

I did a long run (for me) of 15 miles last night in training for the Fylde Coast Marathon in June, now when I walk down the stairs I get a clicking feeling coming from my Achilles tendon (if that’s the one behind the heel). It’s not sore but I can hear it clicking when I stand with my toes on the edge of the step & bend my foot downwards. What can this be & will it take long to heal.

Did you ever get advice on this? I have exactly the same (three 'clicks' in my achilles tendon when I walk the stairs after having done a long run yesterday).
Very unnerving...
