Whats happening with the ride on Sat Meldy? we need to publicise it a bit more.
Oh and just one warning, there could be a chance ill have to work but im effectively supporting a 7 day working week indefinitely, so most of my arrangements could be subject to change.
Tshirts - Well I hate to admit it, but its not you, its seems to be a glitch on their website! The 'wife beater' top which has 'SNAIL' on it should be customisable (if that's a word) but on the front only. There's nothing on the back. if you really want this one, I can contact Lisa at Spreadsheet and have a word.
M...eldy, the strappy one - you can't have any wording on the front anymore. And ExtravaLanza 2013 just fits on the back, but its tight:

However i have booked 10 weeks of nice (ok 10 degrees) weather for the next 10 weeks. please send 10 euro for me to extend the booking into a group booking. if we get enough people we can get a group weather discount
Note - i need euros as i am dealing with a european weather supplier.
stop wimping out..i had my leg warmers down around my ankles again yesterday on my long ride and gave my winter gloves to a girl whose hands were cold and wore my spring gloves........HTFU

I wimped out and turboed. 2 and half hours. legs and brain now fried.
so .. do you think its too late to start training ?? . I think id better go for a T-shirt that says something like "extravalanza 2013.....on the beach early"
I'm pah to run training anyway. I did IMW in 5.35ish after doing no run training because of a bad achilles. Then at Outlaw after doing lots and lots of running (ie London marathon), I did the run in 5.20! 15 measly minutes faster. (I did go the wrong way and then gossiped all the way round .. but still!)
Happy with training. Done a fair few 70-80 milers on the bike and 12+ mile runs. Should probably swim more but it's boring!

It was about 0 here at last weekend. with about -4 windchill before riding.
This weekend is up to 6-7 so ill be out next weekend

Great - haven't been able to run for 4 weeks, so the marathon thingy bit should be a breeze
Oh dear .. but at least you're able to bike? A marathon can be hobbled round...
I was thinking more of a stagger as there's lots of bars on the run leg - 26 mile pub crawl

My longest run so far is 7 miles so I think I will be joining the conga at the back
Tomorrow I am going to bike in shorts and a tshirt in 20 degrees of sunshine with my own personal aid stations

Us lot are going get such a shock in Lanza after our weather we've had to train in!
I spent all last year saying 'all those people training for Lanza are lucky to have such good weather'
