Hi,
I'd really appreciate any recommendations for a Personal Trainer in South London (I live in Brixton). Running knowledge advantage. A combination of injuries and difficult work pattern are my excuses for drifting from being a sub 3:15 marathoner to a much slower, less active and heavier guy. Though I have tended to be rather driven, I reckon a bit of external motivation might now help get me back on the straight and narrower. Your advice most appreciated.
