Sorry been absent over the weekend...hope everyone has been good.
Happy Birthday Moo...have a great day.
Franny-What Marathon plan are you following?
Was a bit achey after my 19 miler on Friday, but, did 7.15 yesrtday and 6.7 this morning- my last run as a 48 year old. Not sure when I am doing a long run this week. Some people have said I don't need to do a long run this week after 19 last week, 16 the two weeks before? Any comments. I am doing a 20 miler race sunday week as well.
AF I would have thought a shorter run this week - otherwise too much cumulative milage especially if you plan to race in just over a week. This would be a 'step back' week and I personally would recommend it.
Trying to stay off the supplements at the minute, but we'll see where we get to on Wednesday. Think we are going to end up with a tube, unless he's done something stupid like put on a whole load of weight.
Mr by eck and I have 2 children, beerMatt has 2, loula has one, ecky has 3, chili abd Mr chili have 4. That makes 12. I have no idea how many the boss is declaring!

MC - how was your day at school? Was thinking of you this morning. Jude hope your day has been okay too.
AF - I agree with shorter runs this week.
Loula, what did you run over the weekend? Did I miss your mileage?
I cycled 14 miles today. Was supposed to go out a do a 5 mile run this eve but I have a rather busy week and I'm trying very hard to not to get too stressed and anxious so didn't go.
school was ok, but pressure is on this week as the year 11s are doing their gcse exams - I have bottom set so trying to get them to actually get a grade rather than a U is my focus this week!
have a rotten cold now, nose dripping like a tap, so no swimming, and tomorrow's training cancelled too.
