Custom Garmin Trianing Plans: Auto generated from RW website

Hi

I'm sure RW used to have custome training plans auto generated from standard input data (start date, end date, distance, time, current fitness and so forth).

Can't seem to find it which means a) I'm dreaming that it was ever available, b) it was available and now isn't, c) I'm doing something wrong.

Any clues?
