Anyone up for this on Sunday? It's organised by my club, and we took the decision last year to move the race from early Feb to March, cos we've had some very close calls with the weather in previous years. It's reasonably flat, certified 10 mile course, and for anyone who reckons Sidcup isn't the most scenic of places to run around, well I reckon the church just before the last corner is quite pretty!
We'll be taking entries on the day and serving up tea and cakes afterwards.
I'll be on lead bike duties again, so give me a wave if you see me.

I will be there in my PWR vest!!!
Ah, Petts Wood. Sorry, had to look that one up. I was thinking Power Rangers. See you Sunday!
Not the most scenic, eh? Plus it's 3 laps - so 3 times not scenic.
Oh well, too late now, I've paid so I'll be there. It's a long trip north for us southeners too.
Well there you go - I shouldn't be so dismissive of multi-lap races should I? I ran a pretty good time (for me anyway) so I'm bound to take a better view on it.
It's a pretty decent race, well orgaised & marshalled. well done Kent AC.
Wasn't anywhere near the front to see PhilPub on lead bike, so I'll wave now.
Glad you enjoyed it. Ironic that we put the date back a few weeks, only to cop an icy wind on race day. Rather you than me. Brrr!!
Very enjoyable morning despite that icy wind and 3 laps
