Ironman Wales

We, the directors of Rowston Holiday Park, Tenby, are considering opening our tent field as an 'athletes village' for the Ironman Wales event. The athletes would have exclusive use of said fields with shower and toilet facilities, and possible entertainment and food venues (based on your feedback). Rowston is ideally placed within 1 mile of Tenby and is easy walking/cycling access to the town. Our options are to 1. Provide 2 man tents already pitched available for rental, 2. Empty pitches for competitors with their own tents or 3. One large marquee for communal use. Again, these decisions are based on your feedback and would be much appreciated!

 
We would also have tourer facilities for spectators and families. 
Please comment with what duration athletes are likely to want to stay for, potential prices athletes would want to pay and any other important details.
