For a few months my quads have been tired constantly (directly above the knee). They are worst when im doing a steady and i struggle. I can feel them when im stood up for a while, walking up the stairs and every run. Any advice to get them back to normal?

i have. i can feel them doing normal things day to day. ice ice them, take ibuprofen and stretch.
Are you a new runner and just doing too much too soon ?
most was 5 days to see if they got better.
ive been running 16 months and always have a one rest day every friday
