I've got a Garmin Forerunner 405 and have had it for around 5 years without any major issues.
I went for a run today and noticed the screen had misted / fogged up to the point that it was hard to read the display. The watch worked ok and the screen has since cleared.
Has anyone experienced this before with this watch? If so, is the beginning of the end - moisture inside the watch doesn't seem like a good thing to me?!

Chuck it in the airing cupboard, if it does it again give it back to Garmin, their service is pretty good.
They gave me a brand new 405 when mine died and it was 2 years out of warranty.....worth giving it a go.
Garmin are very good where customer service is concerned, you might be surprised
put the watch into a bag filled with fresh rice... leave it for a few days in a warm place and the hygroscopic qualities of the rice will draw the moisture out of the watch carcass. This also works if you drop your phone down the loo (allegedly)... although you might leave it in the bag longer!!
I had a similar problem with my Forerunner 410 when I was on hoilday running in the heat of Portugal. Strangely it doesn't seem to be a problem when I'm running back home in the Scottish Cairngorms
