Is there any free app that tracks what speed you have run/walked in a graph? I am doing the c25k plan and would like to know how far I have run and how far I've walked
Thanks, Tried runkeeper yesterday and while there is a graph showing the difference the breakdown doesnt seem very easy to work out how far you have run. If that makes sense.
There's Sports Tracker which will give you a graph showing your speed against distance. Alternatively if you can access the phone you could try somehow (I don't know how) to make each run interval a lap and each walk period a lap? I know how to do this on my watch but not my phone!
These are set up to deal with laps rather than intervals

Looks like this could be what im after. Will try it tonight
I have settled on using Runkeeper while running as I like the fact it tells you timings every 5 mins. Then after uploading them I am transferring them to Sports Tracker as I feel it shows the information much better

Runkeeper will - well, your data is uploaded to a website, and you can play around with it. There are others.
Runkeeper is pretty good.
Endomondo is another similar app

Trying Strava now and that seems to be the same,
Not sure what you are finding difficult?
the graph shows distance run by day week or month.
are you accessing it via the website?

I'm using Mapmyrun. Another free one that does the job for me.

Mapmyrun, which you can configure to give you distance, time and pace updates after a certain distance or time.
Free version's great, although I upgraded to the £2.99 version after wrestling with an ad mid-run.
