Im having a little pain/discomfort from just underneath my ankle bone, usually when i land a bit awkward on the foot or twist it just a little bit, it seem to be ok when running but if i turn a sharp corner then i will feel it or running on grass. Not sure what it is, i thought it might been old trainers but i had new ones a month ago now and still the same, any ideas?

Good old RICE should be tried in the first instance and back off distance and/or mileage for a while
